Chaque m\u00e9tier fait appel \u00e0 des aptitudes diff\u00e9rentes. Pour se former \u00e0 ces m\u00e9tiers, il existe pr\u00e8s de 70 dipl\u00f4mes de l&rsquo;\u00c9ducation nationale, 75 titres du minist\u00e8re du Travail et 34 certificats de qualification professionnelle (CQP) sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez choisir de vous former \u00e0 temps plein ou en alternance :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A temps plein : par la voie scolaire ou universitaire, en lyc\u00e9e, IUT ou \u00e9cole d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur. Des stages en entreprise sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s aux \u00e9tudes.<\/li><li>En alternance (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffbatiment.fr\/espace-adherents\/dossiers\/emploi-formation\/Contrats-de-formation_contrat-dapprentissage.html\">contrat d&rsquo;apprentissage<\/a>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffbatiment.fr\/espace-adherents\/dossiers\/emploi-formation\/Contrats-de-formation_contrat-de-professionnalisation.html\">contrat de professionnalisation<\/a>) : avec une partie du temps \u00e9tablissement de formation et l&rsquo;autre en entreprise. Ce dispositif est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 dans le B\u00e2timent, car les m\u00e9tiers s&rsquo;apprennent d&rsquo;abord sur le terrain.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LES ATOUTS DE L&rsquo;ALTERNANCE DANS LE BTP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;alternance pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 des dipl\u00f4mes, des titres ou des certifications professionnelles de tous les niveaux, du CAP au dipl\u00f4me d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur. Pour entrer dans le B\u00e2timent, plusieurs voies sont possibles. On peut entrer en CAP ou Bac Pro (3 ans) directement apr\u00e8s la 3\u00e8me ou bien s&rsquo;orienter vers les fili\u00e8res post-bac du secteur du B\u00e2timent \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;un Bac S ou d&rsquo;un Bac STIDD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est la garantie d&rsquo;\u00eatre form\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique du m\u00e9tier, aux m\u00e9thodes de l&rsquo;entreprise, et d&rsquo;\u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel d\u00e8s la fin de la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;alternance offre la possibilit\u00e9 de construire son propre parcours de formation, quel que soit son niveau d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e.
